- Shipping Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For outside the continental US and for international orders please refer to our International Order Page.
For single equipment item orders and for orders under 100lbs we most typically send your order via FedEx Ground for a business address delivery or FedEx Home Delivery for residential. From time to time we may send via USPS depending on size and weight of your order.
For orders over 100lbs we will ship via freight. Your order will be packaged on a skid and shrink wrapped for delivery. The trucking company will be given the phone number you have listed on your order and will call you to arrange delivery once they have received the package at their central distribution facility in the city closest to you.
If the freight order is being delivered to a residence, the truck normally delivers at the end of the business day while a business address could deliver at any time. The freight company will only offer a window of time for delivery and will not set a specific time. Also note that the driver is only required to get the skid to the curbside which means they will not carry it into your garage or facility.
When your freight order arrives, if you see physical damage to the packaging, you must take a photo before you unpack or open it and make a note on the delivery ticket.
In some cases we may send two to three deliveries to complete your order depending on our stock levels and what equipment is in your order. Our shipping department will contact you via email if you can expect more than one delivery.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Any equipment that has been put into use is not eligible for return. Equipment that has been opened and removed from packaging is still valid, however for return.
Equipment which is custom manufactured is non refundable including metal fabrications, colored medicine balls and extra long gymnastics rings straps.
Merchandise that has been worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your equipment return is in like new condition, you may exchange it for another product . You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
